Joining PROnews as an Affiliate
Becoming a PROnews affiliate is effortless and quick. Simply place a link (you can choose between a simple text link and a banner that we will provide) and some code on your website and you'll be ready to roll. The link and code needed can be found in the VIP Lounge of our website. This will be accessible to you after you sign up as an affiliate.

Boosting Your Affiliate Earnings

Requirements
You must be an active PROnews affiliate to take advantage of the PROnews Affiliate Program . If you are not a PROnews member, you can still join. However, you must maintain a website that can be used to promote PROnews.com using the links and code we give you. Offline promotion is also encouraged, assuming your referrals request credit to your account.

Earning Potential
You will earn a certain commission level for every individual or corporate customer referral who signs up for Usenet service via PROnews.com. As an affiliate, you may select from the following commission payment schedules:

ISP Referrals to PROnews.com (available to non-members of PROnews as well):

• Sign-up Commission (one-time earnings): Calculated as a percentage of the new customer’s fee for the first month they are with PROnews only (currently 50%).

Determining Your Preferred Commission Type

Please note that the above rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You can change your selected commission earning method at any time by placing a different banner on your website. All links, banners, and code can be located by logging into the VIP Lounge.

Once an individual Usenet customer has signed up you will not be able to change the type of referral account they used. You can mix and match the different affiliate types to get the best payout for your company. You can put our banners and links on as many of your website pages as you'd like.

Tracking Your Earnings

Affiliates can receive accurate real-time information about their PROnews accounts in the VIP Lounge. In this so-called lounge you can locate the number of referred customers, total commission, payment history, etc. You can also obtain the code and links you need to place on your website. The commission level you earn will depend on the banner(s) you place on your website.

For PROnews members, the Affiliate information is located within the VIP Lounge. You are also welcomed to install and use your own in-house tracking tools; however, we will not honor the results provided by them, should they differ from what our system shows.

Payment Information
Checks for accounts with balances over $100 are sent out at the beginning of the month ONLY. An affiliate check will be mailed to you at the beginning of the month only if your PROnews affiliate account balance equals $100 or more. Checks will not be issued upon request.
